3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests.

You are responsible for ensuring safe access to all areas requiring cleaning. Please inform us of any hazards, obstacles, or special requirements before our arrival. We reserve the right to refuse to clean areas deemed unsafe.
5. Insurance and Liability
L.E Window Cleaning Services carries comprehensive public liability insurance. While we take every precaution to prevent damage, any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
6. Weather Conditions
Services may be postponed due to adverse weather conditions that would compromise safety or quality. We will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule. No cancellation fees apply for weather-related postponements.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you're not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right. This may include re-cleaning the affected areas at no additional charge.
